| When should I arrive for my treatment? |
Clients should arrive 10-15 minutes before treatment |
| Why are the 'supplements' not included in my facial? |
| Supplements are used to target specific areas of concern, such as extremely dry skin after a season. Examples of a supplement to your treatment could be an ampoule or a specialty mask. |
| Do I have to change into a robe? |
A robe, slippers and a gown are always available for your use. |
| What should I wear or bring? |
We recommend you wear clothes that are comfortable changing in and out of with minimum jewelry. |
| Should I wear anything during my massage? |
Most people choose to receive massage sans clothes; however you may keep your underwear on if it allows you to feel more relaxed. |
| Why are they talking about products during my facial? |
Your skin Care Therapist will sometimes recommend home care products after your facial treatment and will explain why it is important in maximizing the last benefits of your treatment. |
| What forms of payment do you accept? |

| How long are the facials? |
Facials: 1 1/2 hours. And includes a complimentary footbath. |
| What is your cancellation policy? |
For single treatment reservations, we require a 24 hour cancellation notice. |
