When should I arrive for my treatment?
Clients should arrive 10-15 minutes before treatment

Why are the 'supplements' not included in my facial?
Supplements are used to target specific areas of concern, such as extremely dry skin after a season. Examples of a supplement to your treatment could be an ampoule or a specialty mask.

Do I have to change into a robe?
A robe, slippers and a gown are always available for your use.

What should I wear or bring?
We recommend you wear clothes that are comfortable changing in and out of with minimum jewelry.

Should I wear anything during my massage?
Most people choose to receive massage sans clothes; however you may keep your underwear on if it allows you to feel more relaxed.

Why are they talking about products during my facial?
Your skin Care Therapist will sometimes recommend home care products after your facial treatment and will explain why it is important in maximizing the last benefits of your treatment.

What forms of payment do you accept?

How long are the facials?
Facials: 1 1/2 hours. And includes a complimentary footbath.

What is your cancellation policy?
For single treatment reservations, we require a 24 hour cancellation notice.
